All inlets and revisions are made of stainless steel as standard: AISI304 (EN 1.4301) and AISI316L (EN 1.4404). The type of inlet depends on the load class, the amount of fluid (medium) discharged and on the construction parameters (for example, the thickness of the ceiling). The inlets are made of sheet metal with a thickness adapted to the type of inlets. All elements are protected with argon and then etched, which ensures a quality welding. ADVANTAGES OF DRAINS - the possibility of choosing the grate depending on the application and the load class, - easy installation, - due to the appropriate design of the siphon, each inlet is also a door for access to the sewer, - simple design, - easy to clean SELECTION OF INLETS The drains are selected taking into account 2 the main parameters: - the amount of waste water discharged (selection of the appropriate outlet diameter and the size of the upper part), - the size, type and intensity of the load (the supporting element is a grid, which, depending on the type and height, will carry the given load). DESCRIPTION OF THE INDIVIDUAL DRAINS ELEMENTS Housings - round shape limits the accumulation of dirt and ensures easy disposal. The seams are sanded correctly, eliminating sharp edges. This eliminates the possibility of injury during drawing up or cleaning. Lattices - available in various shapes, sizes and types of finishes. The grilles are selected depending on the load class and the installation location of the inlet. We offer the following types of gratings: anti-slip mesh, ladder, sheet perforation and slab. Settling baskets / Sitka baskets - used appropriately depending on the type of inlet and the amount of solid contamination in the discharged wastewater Siphons - are characterized by high functionality and ease of use. They provide easy access to the sewer pipe, quick cleaning and the ability to check the tightness of the installation. CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE DRAINS 1. The sewer connection must be elevated to an appropriate height. 2. Place the inlet into the outlet pipe so that the top opening is 1–2 mm below the top layer of the floor. 3. Complete the space with concrete. 4. During concreting, the clearance of the top of the gutter should not narrow, and you should also remember about pouring concrete into hard-to-reach places.
